Half of order came in and I notified support of that and they said it got lost in transit and would get another one out. I never received notification of a shipment and that was over a week ago. So I emailed support today to stop shipment and give me a refund on that part of the order. Support promptly gave me a refund and the products are working well.

I purchased this pet monitor for our puppy when we had to leave her at the RV when in Florida and our other travels It went offline from bad reception at our present site. Customer Service worked with me in solving my problem. They were outstanding to work with and very patient with my limited abilities. I will purchase other products when I need them.

I purchased this for an upcoming RV trip for our 2 dogs. I was having trouble getting it up and running and customer service was outstanding. They helped me get it all set up and working. Now I have piece of mind leaving the dogs in the RV while we’re away.

Device stopped working in less than a week. Tech support had me reset and then wait 24 hours to test. I was advised they would follow up with me to make sure device was working. No one ever called. It seems to working for the moment. Not impressed so far. update 05/18/25 I eventually did get the device working last summer and I was able to monitor the temperature in my home while at work. I live in a very run down rental and the air conditioner is dated 1989 so I was very concerned about my pets. I am hoping to move soon but it is nice to know that I can restart my subscription for Waggle and check on my pets.

Easy to set up! I use it in my car when I have dogs with me and I can check the temps in the car when I am out and set the alarm for temps over or under my settings.
