I placed an order on 4/21/11 and received a confirmation email. They never shipped product nor attempted to contact me. I made three requests for password which is the only way to get a shipping update - NOTHING. I called but the phone system refers callers back to the website. I have requested a chargeback. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! Six weeks with zero communication and no product is my definition of a "ripoff"

i had a good experience. tons of products, super cheap prices. thats what the site seems about. my order came when it was stated it would come, definitely at a reasonable time frame. im interested in buying other products here. and ill probably do so in the near future. the site design could use some more attention though.

Wish I'd read these reviews too! Ordered Biofreeze Jan 2011 because they had the best price of anyplace online. Right AFTER the ordering process I found the item was out of stock. I checked the order status regularly online, and each time the delay was 3-5 days, then 1-2 weeks. Finally I found out the item would not be in stock until March! So in early Feb, I requested a refund. I checked on the refund status regularly also, with numerous communications via email with customer service (NO person to talk to). As of this date, the refund has STILL not been done. I plan to use the info in review below to contact the BBB regarding MyVitanet's terrible business practices. STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been buying about 10 different supplements from myvitanet for about 4 years once every 2-3 months, and don't share any of the negative sentiments shared below. I'm saving about 20% compared not just to the local health food store I used to go to, but the other online stores. As an avid supplement taker, that adds up into thousands of dollars, so I'm a loyal customer on that alone.

My story is like alllllll the others here. I placed a large order (over $200) and didn't receive any product. I waited to contact them as they have the disclaimer of the *long* processing time ("2-7 days"). After 14 days had transpired, I tried to track my order only to find it hadn't even left their warehouse. Further, they had CHARGED my credit card the full amount on the date I placed the order. No credible company does that. I emailed them and they offered up the disclaimer of how it takes 7 days to process (that left 7 more days to account for) and then told me I had backordered items that they were holding up my entire order for! They never contacted me to advise me of this delay. (They just contacted my credit card company and got paid for an order that I now doubt they ever intended to ship.) I told them to cancel my order and refund my card IMMEDIATELY. That was at the beginning of this month. In going over my credit card charges tonight, I realized they never issued a refund. I emailed them and gave them one more day to do so. If I don't see the credit, I'll refute the charge with my credit card and let them deal with it. It was only after all this transpired that I searched for reviews on for MyVitanet. Now it's crystal clear that I was had...just like everyone else. And now I plan to tell anyone who will listen that this company has nothing to offer but pure fraud. Don't fall for the low prices--you'd be better off getting mugged in a parking lot.... it would take less of your TIME.

I buy nearly all my nutritional supplements online and have for many years. I will never, ever, ever buy anything from this company again. It took them 2 months to partially fill my order yet they charged me for the full order. There is no way to reach them by phone, no customer service except to send them emails for which they never respond. Agonizing and frustrating. Guess I'll have to deal with them through my credit card company.

I placed an order on January 1, 2011. It is February 24 and I have not received my order. When I placed the order, I used Paypal, and the company indicated that my order was in stock. Paypal was charged immediately. After a month, I finally figured out the stupid website and asked where my order was. I got a response saying they had 6-8 weeks of backorders on my item, and also that their suppliers "require" payment from them up front for product. It has now been 8 weeks. And to think I saved a couple of bucks by ordering from them! Don't be a fool like I was - I had ordered the product before from Ithaca Sports and it arrived in 4 days! YOU'RE WASTING ALOT OF YOUR TIME IF YOU ORDER FROM VITANET.

I placed my order for a product I wanted to have quickly. I paid for it through my PayPal Account; My product never reached me, but I'm not upset too much about that. What I am upset about is the runaround web site of of Myvitanet.com. It is worthless. Just worthless. It does not allow you to speak with nor the ability to contact. Are you too busy to have your company staffed to support your clients? Never again!!!!
