Nothing new here. Placed order, VISA charged, the 'track my order' link is not even live and no way to talk to a human being. Nothing new to add...just stay away from this churn and burn shop.

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything even though they charged my card immediately! I have tried contacting them multiple times through email and have only received one response which was no help at all. I have requested to cancel my order and get a refund and they have not responded yet. Do not purchase anything from this company. I think it is a scam!

Don't do it. I ordered one item on april 20th. They charged my account immediately and as of jule 19th I still have no product. They keep telling me that it is a difficult item to get. I have ordered and received it twice from other suppliers at cheeper prices since april. HAve requested refund three times and still nothing. stay as far away from this web site as possible!!!!!!

Be VERY wary of this company. They will charge your credit card for the item before it ships. And, there is no guarantee when they will get the product in. In addition, there is no phone number to call and speak with them directly. Finally, if you send them an e-mail, they do not e-mail you back directly. You have to check their website under your status order to check for a response. I ordered from them once. I will never do it again. Ava in Florida

I have been waiting for my order since May 26th. They have been very uninformative. After e-mailing ( no phone number given) a request for information about the lack of clarity of delivery, I was told that my order , which consisted of many items, was not in stock. All of it? Other companies would have at least sent the items in stock and kept me informed as to the progress of the rest of the items.. They haven't. Although they have charged my card. This is not a good relationship.

I think the internet generation has made a lot of people impatient these days. Slow shipping doesn't mean that it's a scam. I ordered a couple of vitamins and body care products from them about a week ago, the time it took to process and ship the order was ok. Think back to times before we had no email, no UPS, what do we used to do ? we patiently wait for whatever package that was sent to us by regular mail. Not delivering at lighting speed doesn't mean that it's a scam. I've been a long time customer for about two years, had no problem with them at all. Cheap prices and good customer service. Legit and good business overall. be patient people, quit whining!

I can't believe they do shipping to Canada as well and it was fast!!!!! got it in 4 days from the day of ordering!!!!! extremely happy. No hassles at all.

i had a pleasant experience with them, quick and accurate product shipment. They have a wide variety of of products to choose from. Very good and cheap find!
