I have ordered a lot through this company in the past, with no problem. Recently, I ordered and the payment is still processing after 1 month. I cannot get them to respond to emails or to answer their phone. It looks like, with all of the bad reviews, that this company has gone to the dark side---maybe they have cookies. BOTTOM LINE...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT!

Last August I ordered Biofreeze. They charged my credit card $52.00 right away. After 30 days I began trying to find the product. To this day, I have no product and no refund of the charges. This company needs to shut down, they do not respond to emails and you cannot leave a voicemail. Do not spend your hard earned money here, you can get your products anywhere but here!

I ordered from the in August 2011 in which they responded to my emails. After 2 months of backorder they agreed to refund me. I have contacted them 6 times since then and cannot get a response or my money back. My bank states that too much time has passed for them to do anything. I filed with the BBB and they did not get a response from them and can do nothing further. According to the BBB site they are listed under My Health Pro.

They took my money and never shipped the products. I have called and called and their phone NEVER goes to a person nor an answering machine. I have emailed and emailed and they never write back. My credit company can't even get my money back.

Fortunately, my credit card company got me a refund after the company took $105 from me and failed to deliver after more than a month. You must file a dispute with your credit card company within 2 months of not receiving your product from these thieves.

not even one star. this so called company has taken me for 146.90 and will not respond or send product. I doubt very seriously that they will even read these reviews. I would after reading these other responses think that the federal authorities could get involved and shut these thieves down.

Its been 3 months and I can't see my refund. Don't even deserve a fraction of a star. BEWARE: Affiliate of PLANET Rx. I'v Lost over $100. to both sites. The link also redirect you to MotherNature.com. If anyone have a clue as to how these thieves could be stopped please let me know.

there is NO rating for this company they rate below the 1st star they are a fake they are only interested in taking your money and not supplying the goods. This company is in serious trouble.
