Ordered Biofreeze Oct 16, 2011 now Dec 17, 2011. No way to contact by phone. Emails don't get answered. They charged my account $99.99 when I ordered and nothing........Don't do business with them.

I contacted Visa and was refunded through them. There is no point in trying to get money back from myvitanet. Visa says that you should preport to them after two weeks if you haven't received your merchandise. You have two months to get a refund from your credit card company.

My complaint is similar to the dozens of others posted to this site. After a successful first order at the beginning of the year we ordered vitamins again in August. Our credit card was charged the same day and then we waited. It is now the middle of December and we are still waiting. Our first couple of inquiries were answered with the statement that the vitamins were backordered, but "should be in within 10 days". This went on for two months and then nothing. We cannot contact anyone in person to talk to and no one responds to the Internet inquiries any more. We have hit a stone wall in trying to reconcile this issue and have finally contacted our credit card company for them to do a dispute inquiry. Although, most credit card companies require you to file these within 60 days, American Express was kind enough to waive that in this situation and pursue it for me. Do business with My VitaNet at your own risk.

I placed an order in August, 2010, for $54.... I have not received it. They will not respond to calls or internet inquiries. I was billed on my credit card the day of the order. This company is my first disappointment with online shopping for many years. The phone number that is listed just refers you to the online customer service.... of which, there is NONE! I want a full refund.

70 days still waiting. No response from customer service, emails. Impossible to talk to a human. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with, either personally or businees wise, in my over 40 years calling upon thousands of businesses in advertising. They are frauds, crooks, and the scum of the earth. Thousands of complaints all over the internet. They run five other vitamin companies under the leadership of three bozos. If you place an order and ALL items are in stock, fine. If not, BEWARE. CEO is former VP with Bank of America. THAT should speak volumes! Crooked as they come! Probably going out of business like they did in 2001.

This company is a complete joke. I have ordered from them before with no problems but this time all I have received from them is high blood pressure. No replies to numerous messages and no refunds for products ordered. Wish I would have seen these complaints before.

my son has severe back pain. we ordered biofreeze from them, never received anything. When you check order status , it gives a shipping date from 2 years ago. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF
