USELESS ! People are friendly but I am VERY disappointed with my whole experience. I could of hired ANY lawyer or any service (and would pay more for them to properly handle my ticket as my time is too valuable). Poor communication and virtually no results I could have done with a simple call to the court. Absolutely NO follow up by them, YOU will have to contact them as to any status. Called to find out what was going on as the date on ticket to respond was nearing and I never got any update, finally get a call back case was postponed. Try calling their 800 # if your not a NEW customer the other option just hangs up every time. So I sent email and a day or two I get a call back at like 7:00 pm on a Friday from an anonymous cell number, "lucky I picked up". Lady tells me all is fine, not to worry that case is in the works. Now four months later I get a call out of the blue saying my ticket will be "dismissed if I pay the court $125 and take a DD course" I COULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF BETWEEN ME AND THE COURT AND NOT PAID THESE GUYS ! To irritate things more I get an email basically on Friday saying I have to pay the court no later than the following Monday the court cost (no big deal but the whole lack of contact and then "hey good news the ticket is "dismissed" if you pay the court and pay for a DD course by the next 45 days.) I COULD HAVE DONE THIS MYSELF AND GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF MONTHS AGO. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS COMPANY BASED OFF MY EXPERIENCE, namely lack of communication and after talking to the court assistant what was documented there WAS NO REAL EFFORT PUT FORTH ON MY BEHALF BY THE ATTORNEY Mo Ghuneim (who I never heard from anyways), simple minimal paperwork at best according to clerk --------------NEVER REALLY DID ANYTHING--------

I had to appear in court, but only to raise my hand. The lawyer took care of all filings and negotiations. Will use again if I get another bogus ticket.

Lawyer did not show up. I was sent a letter advising me the court date was rescheduled, after I had showed up in court. The judge asked if my lawyer was here, I explained that I did not know as I hadn't seen her. I told the judge I would represent myself, but he dismissed the case since the officer did not show. I feel as though I paid for no service.

I have been so nervous about having a ticket on my record and they were sure to get it taken off. I couldn't be more thankful!
