Expensive middle man. Disapointing results
Received a ticket for going 56 in a 45. Filled out a bunch of fourms and MTT was the first to give me a call. They said 125 was the price for my ticket... wich was a tad steep but I paid it to avoid going to the courthouse. About a month later I get a call, Great news! The judge has agreed to dismiss my ticket completely so long as I take defensive driving ($110) and on top of that I have to pay a "specialist support" fee of $240. So now were one month in and in order to get the solution I want its going to cost me 350 dollars on top of my inital investment, and after doing some research I have now discovered that there isin't really any actual defense taking place with my case. Everything that was done any regular person could do. Now its getting to the point where I'm dreading any correspondence with these people because there is never an update that doesnt cost me money!!! Just this evening I have received an email saying that I now need to order a copy of my driving record ( another $12). I thought this would be a convenient way of making my traffic tickets go away while paying about the same as the actual citation. But now I realize that these guys are just an expensive middle man. Next time Ill keep my money and defend myself. ***UPDATE*** Was contacted by my agent today. They appologized for the misquote and gave me a credit towards my next ticket. Hopefully I dont get one anytime soon

Hi Johnny. We are so sorry to hear you aren't entirely happy! For your case, you will not be having to pay the $240.00, only the $110.00. Each judge is very different, and very rarely does the judge require you to show your driving record prior to us working a deal for you. However, since this is his courtroom and his rules, we really have no choice. But of course, we are still handling everything for you to make sure you don't waste any time working on this case or having to go to court. Thanks! The My Traffic Tickets Team
