Hey Shea. We appreciate your feedback! We are aware of the circumstances surrounding your case. Initially, this case was set to be a dismissal which we had worked out with the prosecutor. The court did assure us there would be no court fees attached to this case. Unfortunately, the judge did decide to include the collection fees since this case was in warrant status when you retained us. Unfortunately, we have 0 control over the judge's ruling at the end. We understand the length of time was about a year long. When it comes to these cases, we really have no control over the length of time. Some courts allow us to resolve these cases within a few weeks, while others only have court once a year. Your case did end up in a more complicated court and sometimes these courts do make mistakes.
