After paying for this service, I was not contacted by the lawyer in order to talk about what the plan was for my defense. It was my first ticket ever and there were errors on the ticket like the location of the ticket & the amour the speeding. The lawyer ended up getting a deferral, which I could have secured myself. That was the entire point of retaining a lawyer. I would never recommend this company ever again. Edit: And what's really interesting is how they responded to my review saying I didn't get a deferral WHEN I DID GET A DEFERRAL. I have to not get a ticket for 90 days and it stays off my record. Please do not patron this business. They will not give you any time to go over your case and then lie about the circumstances to cover their own behinds. Go hire a real lawyer.

I am a little concerned with my current situation with My Traffic Tickets, I have had little communication after I paid $150 on 4 May, I sent documents in on 12 May and they confirmed 13 May received. On 1 July I received mail dated 23 Jun that stated I had a court date on 30 Jun at 9 A.M, I missed a court date. On July 2, I sent email out to My Traffic Ticket and hope they call me back on May 3 which is Monday. I'm hoping they don't automatically issue bench warrants for missing a court date. I will update once this is resolved. Wish me luck.

Will use again!!! Thank you so much for all the help my traffic tickets team! I received a ticket for Montgomery county, which is far for me. Citation was for speeding (95/60) . Didn't have to step in court and ticket was completely off my record and all I had to do was pay a small court fee. Thank you so much team, will be referring you to friends and family and will use again if I ever receive a ticket!!

I got a speeding ticket about a month whilst coming of the ramp. I didn't have the time to go in on my slated court date, because body other contingencies, so I elected to use my traffitickets. I had heard stories from friends and family having had their speeding tickets dismissed so I thought maybe my case would be similar, or that I would not need to show up and my case with be dismissed. This wasn't the case, they moved the court date and had me show up in court which wasn't too much of an issue for me. While in court I watched as other people had their lawyers cone in to check on them as I waited for 4hrs to see the lawyer representing me. I had to step out to call the office to ask if my lawyer was present at the court at all. I stepped back in and I was the only one in the room only to find out I had just missed her after waiting close to 4 hrs. Her excuse was that u wasn't on her list after she blatantly mispronounced my last name. What's worse is I feel I could have saved more showing up and electing to do defensive driving, than using this service in the first place. I would have paid 114. Compared to the 85 plus 156 in court fees. Horrible service. If I could go back I wouldn't have chosen them. Save yourself time and money defend yourself or get someone else. Edit: the firm called me and apologized for the lawyer. They offered me a credit for the service as well as credit on the next time I need their service.

We got the ticket dismissed. I did pay court cost, but a great deal for me. Thank you for all your help.
