definitely use again!
Kacy was great. He handled everything and got my ticket completely dismissed. It is a fairly long process, especially because court dates get rescheduled, but I could just view my status online or call. I'm fine with the wait as long as the ticket gets dismissed and my insurance rates don't go up. I will definitely use again!

They didn't even show up to court.
The first court date the attorney didn't show up. I knew this because 10 days later a cop showed up at my house with a Summons to appear in court for Failure to appear and the tickets. We were given a new date to appear. Mytraffictickets finally (after I called them 4 times and was on hold for 45 minutes and emailed) got back with me and assured me that there was a mix up in paper work and that there would be someone at the next hearing. Well they didn't even show up for the second hearing. Now I have emailed and called them and they wont respond. They took $350 from me and I got nothing. Now I am filing a grievance with state bar and attorney generals office. (Post-note , they called me the day I posted this review and said there was a mix up and the attorney was held up in another court, this may be true but you dont miss court when you already missed it the first time. They also said they are having growing pains. At any rate they gave me my Fee of $350 back which I appreciate.)

Hey Chris, We had advised you not to appear on your first court date, as we must reset the original court date to a new one. We are so sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your results! We had come to an agreement with the prosecutor for your son's case, but it looks like the prosecutor at the time had failed to file the paperwork in a timely manner (this sometimes happens unfortunately which we have no control over). Worth a try if you cannot request defensive driving
I paid to have mytraffictickets.com represent me because I had already taken defensive driving within the past year and needed a ticket dismissed. There were problems getting timely responses when I attempted to contact the company, so that still needs to be improved. Unfortunately, they were only able to get the ticket dismissed by me having to retake defensive driving. Since they were unable to have my ticket dismissed without having to take defensive driving, they refunded my fees.

Fantastic service and painless process
This really was an easy experience. In today's world nobody wants to have to drive to the court and deal with the long waits that are often associated with traffic tickets. I submitted my ticket, received a message from My Traffic Tickets, and they took care of the rest. I didn't even have to go to court. They found the lawyer and took care of the rest for me. Ticket got dismissed!

Useless
Horrible communication. Didn't know my attorney name until I asked who it was while sitting in the court room. Attorney didn't know they were assigned to me. Attorney did nothing to help my case because they were ready to go to recess after I had already been there since 730am. Didn't meet the attorney until 11am. Judge was ready for lunch so I was forced to settle for deferred disposition which I could have done without mytrafficticket.
