Great Service - but don't waste your time. I paid more than double the amount of what I could have done over the phone with the court to have a deferred process.

I called to see if I could get my court date reset due to me losing my car and other valuables in Hurricane Harvey. Casey went over and beyond to make sure he could do anything to help. He was emphatic, caring, helpful and sweet! Thank you Casey for making this experience quick, easy and accommodating. You are phenomenal and I thank you so much again! Just because of you I will always come here first with any traffic tickets and other questions I do have and will tell everyone to use these services, just because of you.

Best experience I have ever had with anyone I've ever done business with. I NEVER write reviews so, believe me when I brag like I do about My traffic tickets.com I had many tickets. And they were spread out all over texas. My traffic tickets.com took care of all of them! They did it with great communication, and handled me very professionally. Though every case I'm sure is unique, they were able to negotiate down my penalties and fees. But the best part, is that they were able to have all of my offenses stricken from my record completely. If you have tickets, and need the best you can find look no further.

I had 3 traffic tickets first thing they did was extend my court date. They went to the court for me. They got 2 charges dismissed. I only ended up paying for one ticket ($110) and getting my record wiped clean. Not bad considering I racked up $600 in fines. They kept me record clean, responded fast, and helped me save more than half of what I would've spent in court fees. Will use them again if needed..

I hired my traffic tickets after receiving ticket. I received a phone call from a representative almost immediately after sending my information online. I was told by the representative from the beginning that I would have to appear at some point but that the first date would be changed. Once the money was paid I received an email confirming my payment was made. A couple of weeks passed and I got an email informing me of the court date and that I had to be there. Once the date came, I drove down to the court and sat there waiting. The attorney finally called my name, he was very nice and asked me a couple of questions in regards to the ticket. The attorney seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The attorney did get there late (15min) which I have to say made me kind of nervous (hence, my 4 stars). My ticket is going to be dismissed, I will have to pay for court cost and a fee that was imposed by the judge since this is not my first ticket. I am very happy that I hired these guys. I was not completely convinced when I first came across them but I am now fully convinced that I will recommend them to anyone I know

Mr Ghuneim is one of best attorneys I've ever met. His diligence, professionalism and straight to the point attitude make him to be one of the best lawyers in his legal field. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a serious legal help or just a legal advice. The status of our traffic case is DISMISSED. We were very impressed with Mo from the moment he took the case. We discovered, we had contacted him later than was ideal - literally on the last day possible, and only a very short time before the deadline for him to request information that could be pertinent to our case. Not only did he reply to us immediately, he followed up on requesting the information immediately. Because of his quick response, he was able to pursue having the ticket dismissed. He was also successful at having it dismissed. Not only was his communication anticipatory and impeccable, he took a stressful situation and turned it around. DO NOT hire these people!! I hired them only to be left at the traffic alter!!! I was told that my tickets would most likely be dismissed or in the least reduced....ok, fair enough right??? Paid my fees, got my confirmation email, and waited for my day in court. Welp, my day came, went to court, and per the instructions on the email, sat down and waited for my lawyer to call my name....there were a few lawyers there calling names out....so patiently kept waiting. No one called my name and at this point we all had to rise for the judge. Even after the cases were split...no lawyer. Case after case (we're are about 20m in to the docket)....no lawyer. MY NAME IS FINALLY CALLED....by the judge (FML), and still no lawyer. So now I've paid for representation and nope nothing PLUS now I have to pay the full amount of the ticket, no dismissal, no reduction, no help. When I called the listed phone number, the offices were closed, so the next day when I called around 10a the rep asked if I called to see what was going on....ummmmm you were closed. So I explained what happened. She said she was going to get a hold of the attorney and find out what happened then call me back. So I waited once again, till about 545p and called back to follow up since i still had not heard back from these people. When I inquired on why I haven't heard anything I was told because they haven't heard anything from the attorney yet, but this NEVER happens. So now I'm waiting on my refund, which I'm not to confident on receiving with out a hassle, plus i still get to pay my exhorbant traffic fine. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!! All the articles posted on their FB page about why you shouldn't pay your fines and hire them are marketing ploys. DON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE!!

I chose the right company to represent me on my case dint have to go to court they did everything always on top of everything when i had questions u can call anytime with any questions all i had to do is wait for a call that said the judge had dismissef my tickets and all i had to do is pay court cost i am verry pleased thank you
