MyTennisLessonsReviews of mytennislessons.com

Absolute scam of a business, first instructor had almost no grasp of tennis techniques and offered little to no instruction. No frills, no tips, he was essentially a hitting partner who maybe played tennis a few times. Contacted the company and they switched out instructor, first lesson with him was good, but once the money for the 7 pre paid lessons was accepted, the instructor ghosted us. Will not respond to calls, emails, nor texts. The company has not offered any reimbursement yet. Avoid using “mytennislessons” at all cost. It’s a den of thieves

Save your time and money and don’t use mytennislessons. Tried 2 time to hire a tennis instructor. Instructor and company does not get back to you. Their instructor list is not updated. Poor customer service if you do talk to someone. Told me I need to keep trying to contact the instructor if I want lessons. They don’t care.

Coach Salva was very knowledgeable and focused on technique. We concentrated on new strokes to increase my effectiveness as a doubles player. He asks a lot of questions to make sure you’re both on the same page as far as what you want to accomplish. Coach is very positive and encouraging while teaching.

Just based on my initial experience with “almost” working w a coach from this site, I’d have to say I’m very leery of the overall “quality” of coaches to choose from based on the lack of organization, professional demeanor and must buy upfront “packages” of no less than 6 - 1 hour lessons. In addition to this, their customer service is relatively non-existent and seemingly completely automated. I’d hate to need a refund! I have a feeling it would be difficult to receive. Best to find a coach through another known professional tennis coach, trusted player or friend’s referral.

he is great with kids - patient and kind. he patiently explains the details how to play tennis at my kid's level. and promptly correct my kid's mistakes , teach useful footstep ,very helpjful.

I've been taking tennis lessons with Coach Milton for several months and have absolutely LOVED the tennis lessons. He is a reliable and patient coach who has helped me imprive my tennis game. Booking through the mytennislessons.com website was a breeze. Their team was very responsive when I had a few questions early on about billing or schduling. Thank you guys so much!

Coach was over 30 min late for the first class and a compete no-show for the second. Asked MyTennisLessons for a new coach on June 30. They said no problem and asked for my availability three times. I answered every time and got nowhere everytime. It is now July 9th, and I cannot reach anyone on the phone, chat, text, or email. Worst customer service ever.

First lesson has a really good.
