The new pump is great
I ordered a new pump for my cold plunge. I did call a plumber to have him install it. Although I think I could’ve done it myself I think it was a good idea to call the plumber. The new pump seems to be working very well. It is creating good circulation. I am happy with the purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer experiences seriously, but we're unable to locate an order matching this description. Plunge Crafters offers multiple options, including several cold plunge models, chillers, DIY build kits, and accessories, so we'd like to understand which product you're referring to. We've already sent you a message asking for more details, such as an order number or email address, so we can look into this properly. We look forward to hearing from you.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I had a lot of questions regarding setting up the ozone generator for my Cold Plunge. I was helped beyond what was expected. Even a drawing was provided to me with the way to connect it and the parts/pieces that I would need to include pieces that I had to go purchase elsewhere. Thank you so much for an amazing customer service experience

I will do business with these guys from here on out. Nathan took the time to troubleshoot my Titan chiller. He was 10x better than Titan customer service.
