Just based on my initial experience with “almost” working w a coach from this site, I’d have to say I’m very leery of the overall “quality” of coaches to choose from based on the lack of organization, professional demeanor and must buy upfront “packages” of no less than 6 - 1 hour lessons. In addition to this, their customer service is relatively non-existent and seemingly completely automated. I’d hate to need a refund! I have a feeling it would be difficult to receive. Best to find a coach through another known professional tennis coach, trusted player or friend’s referral.
