First of all i placed an order and after 2 days of not receiving notification or confirmation that my shipment was sent out, i had to connect with them to find out they couldn't send due to writing o instead of 0 on the postal code eventhough they could have done a 2 second search to find what i meant based on my address. After i had corrected the tiny mistake it took them another 3 days to finally send it out. From the time my order was placed and money taken out of my account until it was actually shipped was an entire week. Also having purchased from many supplement websites, these guys gave the least amount of free samples, one little sample of pre workout for a 180$ order? Lame...considering most places includes 2-5 free samples.

I compared prices with other websites, and Mysupplementstore was the least expensive for the same product quality and quantities. Shipment was prompt. And the product was in good condition when it arrived.

I ordered from Mysupplementstore as opposed my regular online retailer because of price and shipping. 5-7 business days for shipping was what was advertised. I had my order shipped to the place I was out of town during that time. However it was received 9 business days later. At this point I was already back home. So had to get it shipped again to me at home. This pretty much negated anything I had saved using this retailer. Just a bummer.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on this sight and was charged 5$ for shipping on a 48 dollar product because an order of 50 or more you get free shipping so because of a 2dollar deference I had too pay shipping after I've spent a lot of money on this site for the last 6 months

I came here looking for rather specific supplements that i didnt have much information on. What impressed me was the amount of information they displayed about their products. When shopping around i found mss over priced compared to other places, however ehat drew me and the reason i continue paying a little more for their products is there wonderful reliability and plethera of information. I dont mind shelling out a few extra bucks for a reliable company that goes the extra mile. I learned so much from the information provided for your products, it taught mealmost everything i need to know. I have yet to wait longer than 20 hours to have my product shipped (weekend excluded) so all in all im extremely impressed and would recommend it to other people. Mss is a touch not company and theyll continue to be my go to for online supplement purchases.

Ordered 5 items close to $250 in value. After a week, my order still hasn't arrived, so I decided to chat with a customer service rep. After 20 minutes of going back and forth, I was informed that pursuant to the terms and conditions, because ONE of the five items I ordered was on backorder, none of the items would ship until that one item was available. I asked that I at least be sent the 4 other items are ordered, and informed the rep that this made no sense because I could have easily ordered the 4 items separately from the 1 item that was back ordered, and would still be entitled to free shipping since both orders would equal greater than $50. The rep stated that there was nothing she could do, and that the only way I could get the other 4 items shipped is if I re-do my whole order. I re-did my order, and only ended up ordering half of what I previously ordered because the company's policy basically implied that they don't care about the consumer, and that they would rather lose money than to comply with a simple request. The company literally tells you that if you want it your way, you'll have to cancel your order and re-order your supplements in two different orders. This is lazy management and a statement by the company that they would rather you do more work than them to complete the sales transaction. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is that the supplements that I did re-order arrived rather quickly. Not sure if I'll ever use this Company again, I just don't think they care about the consumer. Their inability to use common sense sales skills has turned me off. I'll likely be looking at other companies who actually want my business.
