Worst customer service ever. I emailed them last week. No response. I called on Monday 09/14/2026. No follow up. I called again on 09/15/2026 left a voicemail and no one has called me back. I called again 09/16/2026 was on the line waiting for someone to answer and no one did. Completely terrible service. I want to return an item and get my money back and the only options this company has was credit for store or replace the item. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Ordered my vitamins… took weeks on weeks to get them with zero updates. Finally arrived weeks later and UPS wanted another 50$to give them too me because of tariffs … was neverrrrr told that ahead of time. Will not be ordering from there again

I ordered turmeric and paid for 2nd day air. It's now 5 days later, never received it. It cost $16.50 for 2nd day air. The supplement store refuses to accept any responsibility, absolutely none. They're blaming ups, stating in their response to my several emails that it's just not their fault and no, they will not refund shipping. I use/ need turmeric for my back and leg pain. Now I've called and continue to wait for a human and I just keep getting a recording stating " your estimated wait time is 1 minute ". I no longer trust " trust pilot ". This place is very clearly not to be trusted. I would like to add that i saved my receipt to my home screen and it is now blank. Something is very wrong with this company and I will continue to get my money back.

Placed an order last week the product stated it would ship that day. A week later I call to find out the product is out of stock. Now their website still shows in stock, but they still do not have the product. Crappy business practice.

I placed my order four weeks ago and tell now I never received my package. Every time I call their customer service they say, I must wait I’ve been waiting for a month so far and still nothing.

I made a order on Feb. 17th. On Feb. 27, I had to contact to see where my order was cause I have not received it! They said they was out of stock on the order, but never contacted me to tell me or anything, plus took my money! Very unprofessional! Will never use again!

really bad service. No updates regarding my delivery I tried to complain on the website that I hadn't received the goods until now. Very disappointing.

As another customer shipping information isnt accurate my order isnt shipped and waiting for updates for days now. Lack of transparency about shipping process. Last time that I loose money and time ordering with you!
