3 stars for the real great innovation... but a real deception for the crescendo
3 stars for the crescendo as a great innovation, but the vibration isn't strong enough to orgasm. No orgasm after multiple sessions. the motors vibration bring nice sensation but is just nice. So the crescendo is a great Idea and I encourage MysteryVibe to improve it, but it's also a big deception as it bring lots of promise un it. But I give 5 stars to MysteryVibe as a great SexTech, and for the newsletter, very beautiful Work, keep coing !!!

Never use
Too complicated to use. Hard to turn on & off.

Hi JD and Lisa, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you have had trouble using Crescendo. We are always trying to make Crescendo as easy to use as possible, so we will definitely take your feedback into account - we have recently added clearer buttons to the most recent batch, so that it is easier to turn on and off. Also, you may have already watched it, but we have made a very basic step-by-step guide on how to use Crescendo as well which will hopefully make it seem less complicated to use - check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itjt-xgbSpU. If you have any other feedback at all, please feel free to get in touch with me directly at [email protected] - Rachel x

The different modes don't seem to provide much to my wife, but she isn't the type to stick it up there any who. It's still great, and she uses it often. I tried doing the whole prostate thing, but my butt hole just can't handle things up it. Too sensitive I guess. All in all, great toy, and love that it is rechargeable.

No Customer Support
Product has absolutely no customer support, and the company launched features without any information about it, leading to the device getting locked on the strongest mode, with me unable to shut it off. After attempting to contact the company multiple times and being told that no one could help me, this product sat on my floor wrapped in a blanket vibrating at full power for nearly 45 minutes before I, frustrated to tears, determined the best solution was to put it in my car to literally run out of battery. When I was finally contacted by the company, the only solution they offered me was to send me a new device, as the original one would not work properly after spending the night in my below freezing car (ignoring all requests for a simple refund instead.) The new device took over a month to arrive, as the company mistook the country the device was to be mailed to, and sat in their outgoing mail for weeks before I had to inquire into the shipment status and correct their error. I would only recommend this company's products to people I dislike.
