The shopping experience was easy and no hassle. I wish I had read some of the reviews prior to purchasing the Tenuto 2. I consider myself to be average to slightly larger than average and I have a difficult time getting my scrotum/testicles into the device. My wife has to help me pull them through and the device will not close all the way around them. I wish it were more accommodating not as cumbersome, I might not have bought it. But I am willing to continue to use it and be flexible with it.

Ordered two different devices. One worked perfectly and bot I and wife lofe it. The other didnt "fit" because of my problem, not mysterrvibe's. After minimial delaly in exchanging information they offered a refund.
