Paid 6 months and only received product one month. This company has not sent anything or offered to refund my money. Yet this company reaches out daily for me to renew my subscription.

I was charged $269 for November and December. Never received my NAD for November. Was informed that I automatically get billed whether I receive product or not. I asked for credit for November and received a complicated solution that involved calling back and putting a hold on account for January. And this will fix November payment. But unless I receive 2 products in January I wont catch up if automatically billed every month. Ypu guys need to fix this. As a compounding pharmacist ownwr that fills for telehealth clinics this is a red flag. Dangerous territory charging for charging patients without dispensing products.
