Providers were very nice, customer service representatives were disorganized. Offered discounts then did not honor. On the medication 3 months, had it increased monthly with only a half a pound weight loss. Easter $700 with RNK. Delays getting medication it was not a good experience. The medication is compounded and the additive is carabiner. Does not work…at all. Simply getting less actual medication. Bad news company. Don’t give credit card numbers you will be automatically charged.

Was good at first , got meds timely. Second re order , portal does not work , they want all labs, had to go to hospital med records , and they still would not upload. Finally get my meds , from different Pharmacy with prescribed 35 units , I took 68 units before. Attempts to find out why with no responses but auto wrong replies. Had to call the pharmacy to find out how many mgs was in their 35 units , dose was told was stronger and 35 units was same dose as other 68 units. Sent e mail to RNK about this no response. Glad I called the pharmacy or I could be very sick taking 68 units of the stronger compound! And the fact that I had to get these answers myself second Pharmacy had no dosage on bottle , just take 35 units! Of course this is a good way to confuse your customers to keep them a same dose forever !!!

Zero stars if I could. This company was extremely attentive to sign me up and get the initial payment. Got the first prescription in no time flat. BUT then the nightmare began close to the time of prescription renewal. Was sent an email to go to a link to fill out the refill form which didn't work. Called at least 5 times to get that done. Then they sent an email stating they needed more info on my initial intake form of which was not accessible via the link either, and I couldn't get a hold of a customer service person. Then after going on week 4 of taking the meds, I'm supposed to have an online meeting with a dr. The online meeting didn't work, and then the dr. called me. Apparently no one looked at my initial assessment form which stated I had cancer/chemo a year ago UNTIL this phone call with the dr. Also I was informed on the call that the refill form had not been done which I had called about 2 days earlier and supposedly at that time the support person refilled it over the phone... NOT. This phone dr. then says I'm not a candidate to take the meds even though I've been on them for almost 4 weeks. What a clusterf*ck of a company.

I was told I would have my meds in 5-7 days and I still have not received them. I’m due to pay again in two weeks and haven’t even started on them.

First the appointment was disaster first appt no provider ever came online after 45 min. I hung up and rescheduled took a week to get another appointment time then. Never received medication called three different times was placed on hold for extended periods then ensured script was on the way after week called back and same process repeated then finally asked to be refunded and was placed on severely extended hold and still waiting for refund!!!!! Communication is lacking and inaccurate
