RAD came alone in ordinary envelop NO …chilled packaging
I recieved my RAD in just an ordinary envelope. No cooling packaging or anything to keep it cold while traveling. Was left outside all day as I’m an RN and work evening shift. So it was definitely warm. I emailed twice asking if it was still ok. No one bothered to contact me back. I looked up online and saw that should be chilled while mailing. So now it is ruined. It’s extremely expensive to make this kind of mistake. I need it sent again in chilled packages. But they haven’t responded to me.

Hey, We work with licensed pharmacies that compound and ship one of the most advanced and stable NAD+ formulations available, and we do have laboratory stability data that confirms its safety and integrity under standard shipping conditions. We’re always happy to share this information directly with patients for peace of mind. That said, we completely understand how receiving a package that feels warm can be alarming, and your safety concern is valid. We will be reaching out to you directly to review what happened in detail and see how we can address this appropriately. Patient trust and safety are extremely important to us, and we would never want someone to feel dismissed or unheard. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention - we genuinely want to make this right.
