Do not order anything from this company. It is a scam. They will attempted to collect multiple payments claiming your initial payment didn’t go through. They won’t send you the dosage you ordered regardless of what their ad states. They also improperly store and send the products. NAD is supposed to be refrigerated. It spoils after 4 hours in refrigerated. They will send this to you standard UPS shipping without any way to keep it cool. I have purchased this product from other companies and also worked in a facility that sold this product. I have attempted to have this resolved with the company without success. My advice would be to spend your money elsewhere and don’t try to save a few dollars with them.

I am happy with the service I receive from rnk health. They are always quick to respond to my emails and any help I need.

Do not buy this. Very scammy feeling. I got the subscription in December, which was a mistake. I emailed over 4x to cancel my account and I got strange vibes from this group. They of course charged me again and now I will be calling my bank to dispute and emailed them for the 5th time.

When I first tried your product I was unaware that this product would keep coming every other month. It was arriving sooner than I could use it before the expiration date. I thought oh no this will be difficult to cancel but all I had to do was email you and it was taken care of. I did try another brand but do not like the results of that other brand so here I am back to yours.

I have had nothing but problems with this company from delivery. And non delivery. No communication about when I need to schedule an appointment or when my order will ship to being offered a discount to make it right and then still billed the incorrect amount. I have zero faith in this company ever getting it right UPDATE Rnk has worked very hard for me to make sure I have no more problems. Customer service escalated my concerns within 24 hrs and have solved my issues. I’ll update again next month to see how they do :)
