I bought my husband the leather my pillow slippers 4 months ago. They are worn only indoors max 2 hours a day. The leather sole split apart in 2 different areas with PLASTIC BAG type material coming out. When you pay that much you expect a quality product. Not what we got.

My daughter bought me a pair of my slippers for Christmas in 2021. Never wore them outside. Wore the indoors maximum one hour a day. The sole , by the heel, came apart. The workman ship is obviously terrible. Customer service indicated the warranty expired and there was nothing they could do. One would expect , given the price, they would stand by the product. Slippers fell apart after one month. Upon requesting refund was notified of $9.98 processing fee to return them. Original order of $63.93. Will only receive $40.00 back. Unacceptable! SCAM!!

Soles fell apart after 9 months. Strictly worn inside. Tried to "Shoe Goo" them, but the sole material just crumbled I can't believe the material is Mike's pillow foam, as the slippers are made in China. Very disappointed

Purchased my slipper anywhere shoes in size 11. Received in a timely manner. Very comfortable as advertised. After about 2 weeks sole split on the side. Contacted my pillow and no problem returning and getting replaced. I liked so much I bought a 2nd pair. New shoes show up comfortable and for great. 1 month in sole split on right shoe. So broke out the second pair and 3 days later sole split on left shoe. Needless to say I’m done. 3 pairs of shoes 3 split soles. Don’t buy these shoes. They simply are not durable.

Horrible durability, 1 yr warranty, waste of money Awesome when new, soles will split open and spill their guts after about a year. All other My Pillow products have a 10 year warranty but please note that the slippers are only 1 year and they will do nothing for you after that year is up. Don't buy them!!

On the commercials for My Slippers they say you can return them for a full refund but when you do that they have excuses for not refunding the full amount including a return fee and other costs that they do not refund so on an original purchase of $63.93 they only refunded $40.00.
