Absolutely useless. Goes FLAT within minutes, What ‘cool technology’…… Everyone should be given a full refund.

These slippers were not as expected. They have a raised lip at that rear that makes the heel more difficult to get into. Would be much better without that lip. Also make sure to get at least one size larger than what you think you need. They are very snug and not easy to get into if you order the same size as your shoes. Also make absolutely sure you really want these and that all else is exactly correct. Returning the slippers will cost you dearly. My total order for one pair was around $78. When I returned them I only got back $54. That was a $24 mistake !

These pillows are not machine washable as advertised. I washed mine and is now lumpy and cannot be slept on comfortably. I feel advertising they are the best pillows you can sleep on is false advertising.

Quality pillows and top notch service

I love my original my pillow. The new my pillow 2.0 is fabulous my wife who is very hard to please when it comes to her pillows loves her new 2.0 as well. We purchased the sheets. Those are also excellent. We have several sets and we also have them for our guest room. Our guest you have slept on them. I’ve been very pleased. One last product that I absolutely love are the slippers. I have a size 14.EEEE VERY WIDE FOOT, AND THE SLIPPERS ARE COMFORTABLE WHEN I GET THE CHANCE TO WEAR THEM ALL DAY I DO. AROUND THE HOUSE I DON’T GO OUT IN THEM.

I ordered four medium fill Premium My Pillows directly from My Pillows UK at their so called discounted offer price and used their supplied 25% discount code. Only to just see the identical Pillows for sale from My Pillows UK but through Amazon at just £19.99 each and a Total of £2.99 postage no matter how many pillows you order. So I feel really conned and think this company is immoral because there discount codes are just a selling con. Now as to the Pillows- firstly use expensive electricity to tumble dry for 15 minutes before use. Also recommend tumble drying weekly (so I've been told by current My Pilliw owner). They come out of the tumble dryer misshapen and full of lumpy balls of who knows what? Worst pillows I've ever tried, you can feel all the lumps under your head, on your cheek, neck etc. Tried for five nights and had a migraine and neck pain every morning and disturbed night every night. I felt at £119.99 I needed to persevere. However, after five nights couldn't stand anymore so threw of the bed, they are going back when I can finally get it sorted, because there in lies another problem trying to get in touch with My Pillows. I had ordered a small pet bed at the same time as well, which my teacup chihuahua hasn't used, but it looked nice in my sitting room. However having seen the price on Amazon dor the My Pillows I feel so stupid falling for the direct site so called special discount code etc. I'm returning the pet bed as well becauseI just dont feel My Pillows is a fair customer focused ethical company. As an Amazon Prime customer not only could I have ordered for much cheaper, I could have also returned free of charge. However to return now with full contents cost insured, its going to cost me circa £10/£12 to return. Please 🙏 please 🙏 please 🙏 save yourself time, effort, money and not to mention disturbed nights sleep by NOT ordering these pillows.

Sole dislocated and rubber bottom ripped

Received my slippers today 03.31. Wrong size called to return. Spoke with agent. NO RETURNS. Not as advertised. So I just wanted my money.
