When I put these slippers on, they are the most comfortable I have ever had. Unfortunately like many others, my right slipper cracked and the inside material started coming out of the split which continued to grow even after using duct tape. They are only 5 months old so they qualify as the shortest lasting moccasin I have ever owned. Very sad!

My husband ordered the slippers as a Christmas present for me. The size he got didn't work for me so I exchanged them. The process was amazingly easy and the replacement came super fast! Fantastic customer service! And the slippers are great too!

Okay, so I was not sure where to leave an honest review of these dredded commercials he does. I like to watch fox news for the political updates. I literally have the volume remote right next to me so I can mute these long, long, multiple, painful commercials. This cannot be helping my pillow sales or fox news. Please please can you change it up or something? The products are just okay, no different than anything else.

I ordered My Slippers and they have no support, they are the worst slippers I ever purchased. I am returning them and eating the shipping change and processing fee of almost $24 for some overpriced crap made in Cambodia

I have 4 of these pillows. Four words can describe them. Junk Rubbish Trash Crap.

Do not order the men’s bedroom shoes. My husband has gone through 2 pair in 3.5 months. The first pair blew out the side and bottom. It was like day 63 and returns are until day 60. It was a super big hassle but managed to get another replacement pair. Well what do you know, it’s day 63 and same thing again. Side is busting our with gel material. Trust me, my husband is not a 500 pound obese man. He weighs 165…how you doing?? The quality of these shoes are just crap.

Customer service email and warranty exchanges have been great. Responded quickly to emails and they replaced my pillows with no questions. I received the new pillows fast and all I had to do was ship the old product back. I appreciate the wonderful service.
