My wife ordered a pair of slippers in the size she has worn for decades. They arrived far too large. My pillow customer service couldn’t possibly have cared less. We’ve ordered many my pillow products before, but never again. The customer service guy was rude and dismissive.

Ordered Slippers and the item description said 60 day money back guarantee. No where on the order page did it say all sales final on the particular shoe I ordered. When I went to return it said it was not returnable. I called them to complain and they insisted the website had a large all sales final sign until I sent them a screen shot of the order page. They acknowledged that indeed I was right. I now see that they have corrected it and removed the 60 day money back guarantee but they still won't provide a refund. I see now that the company has many complaints. Don't order from them.

$25 slipper offer is a scam. I received a coupon from MyPillow YESTERDAY touting $25 slippers, valid through the end of June ‘23. Except when you try to order them, they’re actually $35. When contacted, customer service essentially said, yeah, we jacked up the price by 40%—sorry. Makes me suspicious of what else they’re trying to pull.

I have ordered shoes in past and returned for another size. Evidently I ordered close-outs and, even tho I wanted to exchange for another size, I can’t. Too small, but, too bad for me. It appears it’s my fault I did not see NO EXCHANGE or RETURN when ordering which for shoes is simply wrong. I live on govt social security and prices have doubled so cheap is good. The customer service rep was extremely rude. Sorry, but, for a Christian company, I expected more. I will never buy from him again. I am totally disappointed.

I have been size 10W since I was 18. Decades ago. I asked the lady taking my order if the slippers run big or small. She said they are "actual size, very accurate." When I got them I put them on, took a few steps, they flew right off. I can stick two fingers between my heel and the back of the slipper!!! I wrote MyPillow and told them, they responded with a bad attitude, exclaiming "sorry, no returns"! Is this why they were on clearance? Bad business when I helped to create the Trump campaign. I met Mike at church in 2017. He must be fully aware as hundreds are complaining all over the internet with similar complaints! Bad business Mikey! Time for a charge back!

While the slippers were ok, buying them under the pretense that they were being discontinued and "when they're gone they're gone" and then today the same commercial says "they're back" with "new colors". I mean come on - we aren't stupid and these commercials are just insulting. We have been supporters for a long time but now it seems this is all nothing more than gimmicks to get people to buy under any circumstance. Same with the pillows and sheets etc. Please Mike from one marketing professional to another - you're killing your brand and trust with these gimmicks. I believed in your product but cannot support these tactics. I hope you choose to take a higher road. You have good quality product. Don't feel you have to engage in these tactics to get people to buy impulsively.

Thought I was purchasing the myslipper shoes that I have purchased 2 other times and this order was the All Seasons...DO NOT purchase them, they are not in any way, shape or form as conformable as the other style...plus the service on them is horrible, you are stuck with them...NO RETURNS or CREDITS. Again...DO NOT purchase them!!!

Bought their ALL season slippers, I wear size 11, ordered size 12, NOT even close, would need a size 13 wide to fit. Wide is hidden when you order, did not even see them in the drop down, you have to go 1-15, then it starts over with 1w, 2w, etc NOONE does this. Tried to exchange, ALL sales are final!!!
