MyPillowReviews of mypillow.com

I just received a pair of slides and I love them. I saw the commercial and used the promo code and everything processed exactly how I had hoped and expected. My boyfriend also ordered a pair of slippers and the package contained both pairs (his and mine) and arrived within 6 days of placing the order. I wear size 8 and received size 8 in the slides in grey, and they fit perfectly and are super comfortable. BF is out of town so he has not tried on his slippers yet but they look great and I trust that they will fit him perfectly and feel just fine.

Former customer of pillows, and more. Just bought Isotoner slippers after having read reviews of My pillow slippers and Isotoner. the latter is equal to or less expensive, and a far better product. so tired of Mike, and his FOX News presence, yet nowhere else. Difficult to deal with the on phone and online people, returning is a pain in the ass. I can do without Mike, and like I said, I used to be a loyal customer. No mas.

Slippers came and were different sizes even though they said the same on the box and label. My feet are the same size in everything I wear but one of them was bigger than the other. I contacted customer service and was told no exchange or refund slippers. Does this tell you why. They knew there was a problem. Don't buy anything from them.

Love their pillows and had an ok experience with them.

Call to tell them the fed x guy left my package outside without a plastic bag on it . They response was to say that the delivery was delivered within the time frame that they said fed x would deliver it . Even though it was left out in the pouring rain without a plastic bag in just a cardboard box. What happened to common sense all i want was a refund for the expedited shipping they said they cant do it because it came on time . This company must pay fed x thousands of dollars a day to deliver and instead of taking the customers side they stick with the big corp. A bunch of hypocrites who hide behind there religion and pretend they are so righteous and caring !!!!!!

I ordered the slippers and of course you can’t try them on and mine was a size too large. I called to exchange for a smaller size and they said no. So, even though I like their products I will no longer be a customer. Good Customer service is the most important thing a company can offer

June 1, 2023, my pillow slipper ad shows my pillow Moccasins and other slippers for cost of $25.00 with promo code 150. When you go to the web site to purchase the Moccasins the price is over $49.00. It is only the other non-moccasin slippers and sandals that are priced at $25.00. This is deceptive advertising by Mr. Lindel who wears a Christian cross to make people believe he is honest. Beware of his phony advertising.
