I would never ever buy my pillows ever waste of money

Was a guest at a relative’s house. Thankfully there were different pillows. With the My Pilllow, I felt like I was sleeping on a pillow case stuffed with foam packing material. Awful experience

I am so disappointed in the quality of these towels I purchased from my pillow.com in August 2026. I purchased towels in 2021 from my pillow.com and the quality was the best I had ever had for towels. The ones I just purchased are about 4 times thinner than the towels I purchased in 2021. The tag said Mypillow towels that work Cotton USA. the ones I just purchased the tag states Mypillow towels that work Shirpur Cotton. What a ripoff these towels will not last long, they are not even comparable and they were more expensive.

Lumpy pillow & FDT!

My father had a set of My Pillow's Giza Egyptian cotton bed sheets that he loved but accidentally stained a pillow case with ink. I went to the website to purchase replacement pillowcases and when they finally arrived, they were the furthest thing from Egyptian cotton you could possibly imagine. The fabric was so thin it was see through. The stitching looked like a child’s sewing project that was coming apart. I paid around $40 with shipping and received a product that wasn't worth 50 cents at the dollar store. I tried to return the pillowcases on their "happy returns" website which doesn't work. So I called and was told that I can't return without paying a $10 fee. I refused to pay the fee since I did not receive what I ordered and was told to send pictures to their help desk. Still no word on my return. After reading other trustpilot reviews, I'm relieved I didn't agree to the fee, because it seems there's no hope of a refund either way. My father's sheet set demonstrates that once upon a time My Pillow sold great products. Perhaps their online store was hijacked by scammers? Pray for them.

I cannot decide is if it is more foul smelling than lumpy or more lumpy than stinky It is overpriced and poorly constructed

Ordered the my pillow mattress topper,sheets,and pillow.I have a my pillow from 7 years ago that has more support than this new one.Mattress topper took forever to get here and when it did,it was nothing but a piece of foam.This Lindell is nothing but a crook and a con artist.Never again.

Very lumpy pillows. We threw them away. Don't waste your money. .
