PetsiesReviews of mypetsies.com

We had to make the brutal decision to put our beloved dog “Thor” down earlier this year. It has been an huge loss for us these last few months but ever since I was looking at sites to perhaps get a replica to surprise the family with, and when i saw Petsies it was an easy decision. They took great time and care when designing him and were always asking for feedback and any specific features that I would like to be added. I chose to get a sneak peek so I can see the design before being shipped and it is a great choice as I got to make any tweaks to truly make it the best it can be. The artists were always patient and helpful as they truly wanted to support. The plushie arrived yesterday and we were all shocked to see how accurate it is and how much thought and care went into the design. I also chose to get the voice recorder feature as I had a video of him barking and wanted to see how it would sound. I’m pleased to say that it is easy to record and it sounds exactly like he did. A huge thanks to everyone from the Petsies team, we are delighted with our plushy and highly recommend this site for anyone wanting to recreate their beloved pet. Thank you!

Kind and thoughtful communication. They do get back to you when you email them.

This is my second time ordering and I couldn't be more happy with what I got! I recommend Petsies to anyone!

These same to take a long time ordered on the 30th May arrived 10th August after a internal shipping issue I'm pleased to finally receive my petsie of my Charlie who I Lost on the 8th May I took the Sneak Peek as it was coming from overseas to the uk 🇬🇧 they work out quite expensive I choose the 16 inch .and must say the likeness is Extremely good i was concerned they woundnt match his shades of brown and face and markings they didnt let me down ..The missing star is for the shipping issue as this was delayed for a month some error made on internal dispatch stoped it going though customs .and it was returned to the shipping depot before leaving for the uk .I think it was something to do with the parcel weight and customs duty which I paid taxes at checkout shouldn't have been this issue. BUT LUCKILY AFTER SEEING THE TRACKING STALLED RETURN TO SENDER I CONTACTED PETSIE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ISSUE WAS CORRECTED SHAME IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ATTACH PHOTO'S HERE OF MY RECEIVED ITEM AS I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED OVERALL its Beautiful Thankyou and The lady at customer service was very helpful thoughout ..Charlie would have been 15 on the 18th August..

I had Ryder, my little furry shadow for 15 years and I had to make one of the hardest decisions ever. When I saw the ad for Petsie I had to get one. I am disabled and live alone so I can't have another pet and what I received is just as good as having another pet. The care that went into the making of Ryder is remarkable, my carer even got a shock when she saw her sitting on her favourite chair. Thankyou for your dedication to recreating a memory.

***Top Shop - Faszinierend*** ***Das ist wahre Kunst*** Der Hund sieht meiner Hündin wirklich sehr ähnlich. Selbst das melierte Fell... zum Verwechseln. ***Vielen lieben Dank! *** ***Thank you so much***

My dog loves her pet. She is a Weim and they usually destroy toys but this is very robust and has survived.

I ordered a Petsie for my son. The process was easy and the communication between customer service is excellent. They respond quickly. Received the Petsie and the quality and workmanship is worth the price.
