PetsiesReviews of mypetsies.com

My whole experience with Petsies was excellent from start to finish. After losing my dog, Pixie, I ordered a plushie replica. The likeness to my old friend is exceptional. Every strand of her coat was replicated perfectly. Every time I walk in the room and see the plushie I do a double-take, just for a moment thinking Pixie is back with me. The coat is great for stroking, and my whole family love it. The quality of the product is exceptional, and everything I hoped for. Nothing will ever bring my dog back, but this is the next best thing.

Junk product

I cannot thank the Petsies team enough for my custom plush! They did a fantastic job recreating my baby. The attention to detail—especially with the unique markings—was spot on. The communication throughout the entire design process was wonderful, and the plush itself is incredibly soft and well-made. It's such a comforting keepsake to have." I wish my dog Gizmo was alive to take pictures next to the Petsies thank everyone for a wonderful fantastic job they did duplicating my baby “Gizmo “ it’s so emotional 🥲 I can’t believe how his eyes look so much like his looking at it it’s so real it’s like having him back at home 🖤🐾😢 thanks to all of the Petsies staff and especially to Libby for making this happen I’m so thankful that there’s still good people in this world thank you so much 🙏 Sincerely Joana Martins

Massive waste of money - could have bought something for $30 instead of $300 and got a better match

The quality is good, and size is right, but the colors are way off. My cat had gray and black striping with a little brown here and there, but the one I got has a lot of black and brown striping, no gray at all. The face, especially, looks nothing like my cat. It sucks because this is a gift for my nephew, but it looks nothing like his cat. I definitely wouldn't order from this company again and don't recommend it. I thought, for the money I spent, it would look better. Maybe it would have been better if our pet was only one or two colors. I was so excited to give it to my nephew, but really don't even want to. I'm so disappointed.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Petsies. I ordered multiple custom products of my beloved cat who passed away, Zakk, based on the quality shown in Petsies' advertising and examples on their website. Unfortunately, the finished products did not closely resemble my cat. One plush had obvious inaccuracies, and the figurine had several issues, including facial features and markings that were noticeably different from the reference photos I provided. When I contacted customer service, I explained my concerns in detail and provided side-by-side comparisons. Rather than addressing the specific issues, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as a "difference of design opinion." What was most frustrating was that Petsies' refund policy states that figurines are non-refundable unless there is a design defect. I believed the issues I identified qualified as design defects, but that point was never meaningfully addressed. Instead, I was simply told the company stood by its work and was offered a free printed product instead of a refund. I understand that custom artwork involves some artistic interpretation, and I never expected an exact clone. However, I did expect a reasonable resemblance based on the many high-quality reference photos I submitted and the examples Petsies advertises. That expectation was not met. If you're considering Petsies, be aware that if you're unhappy with the final product, you may have very limited options for resolving the issue.

My experience with Pesties was incredible from start to finish. The excellent attention to detail and genuine care the Petsies team provided to creating a look alike for my dog, London, was next-level and the quality of the Petsie blew me away when it arrived! One of my family members even thought it was a live dog in a photo I sent! Working with Petsies from start to finish was a wonderful experience and I plan to have all of my pets, past, present, and future created!

Let me start off w/saying I haven't actually received my product yet, so I will update this post once received. However, I was contacted 3 times with detailed questions about the 6 pics I sent. They responded immediately and sent me several detailed progress reports. I LOVE that they asked me specific questions to ensure my Chewey of almost 17 years was perfect. I saw pictures of the completed product and WOW! Super impressed. Like others said, a little pricy, but worth every penny of what my doggy looked like. I would highly recommend this company!!
