Chocolate Lab Golf Club Cover Head
I ordered a golf club cover head of our chocolate lab for my husband as a birthday gift, and when it came it looked absolutely nothing like a chocolate lab at all. It was white and brown spotted and looked like a scary bear thing. They do offer remakes or the option to trade it for a photo blanket or pillow, but it's discouraging to try and have faith that the designers could fix something that is SO FAR off from looking like a dog at all. We chose to accept a full refund (which is a great option), but we have to pay the very expensive return shipping.

Hi Kimberley, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are incredibly sorry that the headcover didn’t look anything like your Chocolate Lab, it sounds like we missed the mark completely on this one, and we understand why that’s discouraging. While we’re glad we could get that full refund processed for you, we know it doesn’t replace the birthday gift you were hoping for. We’ve shared your comments and the photos with our design team to ensure this doesn't happen to another customer. We appreciate you giving us a chance, and we hope to earn your trust back in the future. -The Petsies Team
