While I haven't completed the process of retrieving my pet's test results, I've had an amazing experience with their customer service team. I accidentally deleted the emails that included my reference number and mailing address, which are needed for my test results. They were extremely quick to respond and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get in contact with someone and relieved to find out I didn't hit a dead end and lose $40. Thank you Alice, for the quick response and all of your help!

This is not any kind of “kit “ that you receive in the mail. Once you order, they send an email with a barcode that you activate and print out. You snip some hair from your pet, put in a ziplock bag, tape barcode to it , then send it to them. I got my results back in less than a week. Other reviews are giving one star and upset that they haven’t received their order. You don’t get anything in the mail! Read your email instructions!

Can't be trusted. There was no allergens on the list that I'm 100% sure my dog had reaction to.

Our sensitivity test is specifically designed to identify sensitivities to various foods and non food items. However, it does not detect intolerances, allergies, or medical conditions. When our report indicates that your pet does not have a sensitivity to a particular item, this solely reflects the sensitivity status—it should not be interpreted as a definitive conclusion regarding intolerances, allergies, or medical conditions. The text itself was quick and easy and it took very little time to get results back. In fact, the same day I got the email confirming that they got our sample, we got results. We are know it an Elimination diet.
