I was filling out their order form and out in my email address. Suddenly I receive a text to my cell phone with a code....I enter the code on their order screen and immediately my billing address appears. I stop to think about how this happened and then I receive an email that my order has been received. This is a complete scam, I didn't complete the order. I fully expect a refund and will re-write this review if I do. Stu

The test results are too simplified
The test results are too simplified. Results came back to show only a handful of high sensitivities. If the test is against over 400+ items, I would like a comprehensive list of how sensitive the dog would be to each item. These results didn't match results of a competitor's testing, so it's difficult to cross reference.

Very fast service
I purchased the test and I immediately got the electronic mail with instructions. I followed and sent my sample and within two days got the results. I am very happy with how fast the results came and am currently working on eliminating potential items of food and environmental triggers

Pet Sensitivity Helped With Identify…
Pet Sensitivity Helped With Identify Our Pups Sensitivities! It did take a minute for us to get our results back but as soon as it got to the lab it was within 48 hours. We learned so much about our pup in one test! Would definitely do this again on any other pups!

Invaluable tool for mystery illnesses
This review is similar to the one I left for the Advanced Test-
My cat, Violet, has had health issues for the past few years. Stomatitis is her biggest problem but she also is underweight, currently is pulling her fur out, and has an upper respiratory issue. My vet has prescribed steroids at which point I took her to a holistic vet who has helped her and gotten her off the steroids but she still just isn’t her old self. Lately I’ve been wondering if it could be allergies. I got this test to see if there was more I could do.
As others have pointed out the directions online and in the box were contradictory and I never really figured out the purpose of the flea comb. My thought was to comb the fur where you were going to clip so as to make sure that it was your cat’s fur and not another pets. I clipped her fur, put it in the specimen wallet (smaller envelope) and then put that in the bigger envelope. I mailed it out on January 3rd. It took forever to get to the company and I believe this is due to it being mailed back via media mail-no rush whatsoever. I received an email on January 18th that they had received it and on January 19th they had emailed me the results.
The pdf they send you can be printed out (hers was 24 pages vs the Advanced which was 32) or saved and is very informative. They explain that what they test for are sensitivities and not allergies, and the differences. They explain what different things they test for and after your results they explain what they recommend to do next to help your pet. This Basic test gave results for Food sensitivities, Additive sensitivities, and Environmental sensitivities. Each of these categories has two sub-categories- High and Moderate Reactivity. As a note, I also got the Advanced test and it also includes Nutrition Sensitivity Analysis and a Metals and Minerals Sensitivity. For the extra $10 I would recommend the Advanced test but the Basic is very informative too.
Violet’s test results were completely different than the results from the Advanced test with my male cat. My poor girl has a high sensitivity to mackerel, fish meal, raspberries, etc. Worst of all is her high sensitivity to chicken liver! Most of the food in my house has chicken liver! No wonder she isn’t doing better.
This test has been most amazingly insightful. I’m so grateful to have been given the chance to try this and am looking forward to seeing how Violet does once I figure out a way to eliminate all the things she’s sensitive to. I think this test is an invaluable tool for a pet parent to help get to the bottom of mystery illnesses. And I do want to emphasize that this test is a tool-the pet owner/parent/etc still has to do the work of eliminating the contaminates from their pet’s environment.
