The process is simple but takes longer than the 3-5 days that they claim. I did USPS tracking and sent off the sample on March 4. On March 11, I checked and it had been received at the address they have you send it to. BUT…. that is NOT the lab. That is just their “fulfillment” office. It took another 11 days (March 22) before they sent a confirmation email stating they received the sample. However, I did receive the results on March 25 and am happy with the lay out of the report. It’s very easy to read and the format is user friendly. I only gave it 4 stars because I was needing to figure out my dog’s allergies/sensitives sooner than later. He was at the end of an expensive bag of prescription dog food and it would have been perfect timing to switch to something different depending on the results.

The results were detailed and helped identify what my guy is sensitive to. We were giving him homemade peanut butter ice cream and his treats have peanut butter. Turns out it's something he's highly reactive to.

The results were completed in a timely manner, about 2 and a half weeks from date of purchase. Once I received the results I compared what my dog was sensitive to what she was eating and changed her food that day due to her sensitivities. It has been five days and already there is a big improvement in her attitude and her poops. Thank you so much for this product, it has set my mind at ease.

Terrible customer service and after almost 6 weeks one of the tests never made it to them. Absolutely ridiculous!! Would not order again! On Amazon it says they provide a full refund, no questions asked if you are unhappy and that is not the truth. The second something goes wrong they don’t care or keep their end of the bargain. How do I send 2 samples out at the same time but only one makes it to them? All the reviews on Amazon are correct and i wish I had listened before spending nearly $150 on 2 tests. Customer service said they are unable to offer a refund as it goes against their refund policy? How? On Amazon it clearly states the following: 💯 REFUND ASSURANCE: Invest in your pet's health risk-free. We offer a no-questions-asked refund. Not satisfied? Reach out for a full refund. Your pet's wellness is our top priority. I look forward to resolving this matter asap.

Hello again Trustpilot community My review was deleted explaining a two week return policy when it states quick results and 2 weeks to even receive your pets sample. Its been a frustrating experience to say the least. I was offered another chance to sent another sample at the 4week mark or donate my sample kit to someone else. Who they have in mind I dont know. After many emails I keep getting “we are sorry its policy” Who makes a policy where your test kit takes two weeks to confirm arrival but your return window is the same two weeks to lock you in. I kept checking within the two weeks uploading my number to register only to find out they lost it or its buried under many other kits waiting to get results. There is still a waiting period for the actual testing! Im extremely dissatisfied and rightfully so. Look at how much time and effort goes into making this right but policy is enforced strongly here guarding unethical business behavior. Look at the most recent reviews!!! There are many people that share the same experience with no communication coming from MYPETSENSITIVITY on hey we are backed up or we did not receive your sample please send another at two weeks! Which is understandable compared to what we actually go through in this process. We pay, do the sample, get stamps, mail and wait. Trusting that the business is going to do the two weeks or communicate theres an issue. That means MYPETSENSITIVITY has done nothing but accept your money that is theres with policy and you get nothing. Loosing confidence in the process, I am then left with the choice of sending a second sample or gifting the kit to who??? Thanks policy Its so simple to make it right. I upheld my end where is MYPETSENSITIVITY on there end? All I ask is care a little more about our “furry friends” and their owners. Obviously they care so why doesnt MYPETSENSITIVITY? Its because they are paid so why care.
