My Pet Sensitivity claims to be able to identify a myriad of sensitivities in your pet. Upon further review of their process, which they don’t make clear upfront, they use bioresonance. This is quack science not approved in the USA or the United Kingdom. They seem to target American customers, although their laboratories are in the UK. Bioresonance therapy is categorized under complementary and alternative medicines. A category of medicine that is not a science, nor is it approved, nor does it have any support for its findings in the medical facility. This is a money grab aimed a pet parents who are very vulnerable and stressed about their fur babies.

Difficult to consider credible a report that advises that my pet ”drink (sic) plenty of filtered water, eat a diet that is rich in wholefoods (particularly fruits and vegetables), avoid processed foods, reduce caffeine and/or alcohol intake, lower nicotine usage and exercise regularly”. On pointing this out, I received the following patronising reply ”We apologize if the information in the report gave the impression of being a copy-and-paste job. The recommendations provided are intended to offer general wellness advice to support your pet’s overall health and detoxification processes. We understand that this may have caused some confusion.” No confusion caused!

Very misleading for them to advertise 3-5 days for results when in fact that meant after the average of 2 weeks it takes to be processed by their intake center and actually make it to the lab. It's falsely advertised!

I have contacted them twice. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not even received notice they received the samples. It was urgent for us to understand what has been bothering our pets. They sent an email that said the timeline starts when their lab receives the samples. It does not say on the website that they use a clearing house and it can take weeks for them to get the sample. After reading other reviews, I am requesting a refund and feel like this is a fraudulent group.

Results are interesting and will definitely adjust and see if we can get our boy less itchy and loose. Not sure how real the results are / scientifically backed and repeatable but I’m crossing my fingers for a bit of relief for him.
