It’s been 17 days since I ordered the test, paying roughly £40. Since then I’ve heard nothing but bs marketing comms, despite reaching out via phone and email numerous times. Do NOT use this company - it’s a scam.

Results were not useful. Resulted sensitivity had nothing my dogs are eating or exposed too. Would not recommend this product.

Our dog has been struggling with badly itchy skin for a few months, we've had her on three different medications, which helped her, but she struggled with the side effects and we still didn't know the cause of the problem. We saw pet sensitivity tests on Google and thought we'd give it a try. The sample guidelines were easy to follow. We received updates when the sample was received and had the results within a few days. The report has highlighted quite a lot of sensitivities and given information on how to help our dog. We have eliminated all the high reactivity and most moderate reactivity items and within a week are already seeing a massive improvement. Fingers crossed we've finally found a reason for her sore skin. I would definitely recommend these tests.

Total waste of money, not worth purchasing. Uses an unproven method to determine sensitivities and half of the ones that come back are things they would never be anywhere near - yet apparently are having food sensitivity issues according to the vet. Kangaroo? I like in the UK?

I ordered thinking they would send a test out, to post back to them. However you have to supply everything and pay for postage. Was cheaper than competitors, but i had do and suplly everything so would of went with competitors. The report it self was just to much information and had to read pages and pages judt to find put the results, so wouldn't recommend at. Only good thing is how quick the results came back

Being able to identify my Boxer’s sensitivities helped me research food options for him. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a premade food source that did not contain ingredients he was sensitive too. However with the test results I was able to find online vet approved homemade food recipes. Within days of switching his diet he is already a completely different dog. He is more active and engaging.
