scammed
Purchased, and received no kit. Contacted them a month later and they said that due to some generic sustainability statement, the buyer pays $40 to fill out some online form to learn the pets allergy. Stupid.

They tested for all my cat's…
They tested for all my cat's sensitivities so I am able to tailor her diet to help her. Their price was reasonable and they did the testing quickly and efficiently.

It outlined and affirmed our suspicions…
It outlined and affirmed our suspicions of different intolerances we felt our Labrador had that has been causing ear infections. Now we know more things to look out for. The mailing time was over a month though! But it was only one day from confirming it arrived until we had our results.

False advertisement
I’m thankful that I got information in regards to my doodle thing that I disliked was the description on your website and on your box it says that I would be able to see my results in 3 to 5 days after receiving it at the lab your lab is in Arizona, but I was told that I have to wait Between one to two weeks because you home is located in the UK And I would have to wait to get my results from you guys in that case that should be put on your website and how long it would take because I bought your product because of the 3 to 5 day statement, which is Very untrue I got my results two weeks and two days after I submitted it I would never buy from you again and I don’t suggest anybody until you change your information and let people know how long they really have to wait to get the results

Good Product

Quick results, great information!
Love how easy this was to collect and send. I received results quickly. They test included things that I would not have thought to test for. I would have liked to have information on all the testing completed so that I would know what was covered or not. The report was pretty specific though which is great to help avoid things that be create issues due to the level of sensitivity
