I emailed them because I sent my sample without seeing the attached barcode in an email. They were able to process it with no problems and kept me updated through the whole thing. The response to my email was very quick. All the information in the results email was very helpful.

Results email was way too long and poorly structured. the problem items should be listed on 1 page - not scattered through the email. Didn't really give any real answers for me - seems like it was just a way to advertise products that you should purchase for your pets. Not very happy.
