This service was great. It gave me an insight to my dogs sensitivities and I have saw a noticeable change in his skin condition. He’s not 100% but there has definitely been an improvement. The report was very detailed and helped me identify what could be causing his itchy skin. I also got a very good deal on this as they were doing a Black Friday promotion. Your process for the sensitivity test couldn’t have been easier and turn around was super fast! Thank you for making this test affordable. My Dogo Argentino has struggled with hot spots and yeasty looking skin/fur for two and a half years. We have tried all kinds of medications, diet changes, herbal supplements, probiotics, shampoos and sprays to no avail. I could NOT get her healed. I tried the 460 panel sensitivity test with great hope to make her better. To my surprise she wasn’t allergic to any proteins aside from rare ones like kangaroo and alligator. She was, however allergic to coconut oil, bone meal and sweet potatoes- three things that are in most kibbles. The coconut oil I would put on her wounds to help them heal - or so I thought they would help. She is also sensitive to propylene glycol which was in most sprays and ointments to heal her and a common surfactant that was in most shampoos I was trying on her to help. No wonder this poor baby couldn’t get better. ALL the good intentions I had were actually poisoning her. It’s been nearly two weeks since we got her results and changed her diet and she is looking sooooo much better. She is no longer itching and has no more new hot spots/wounds. I’m so relieved! Not all allergies are obvious.

After getting our results showing Winston's high and medium reactivity to certain items, we cut these items out. He is a changed puppy, no more itching, biting and hotspots. He is a different 3 year old puppy. Thanks so much for helping us.

Yes there are some controversy with these tests, but I have to say I've had nothing but a positive experience. With a frenchie, we knew there was some issues and did out own investigations with elimination diets etc. The tests confirmed everything we suspected. Poultry, beef, grass, plus others I will know to keep a check on. The test was easy and the customer service has been great. I even received a follow up call from Heidi to check I understood the results and to ask if we need any help.

Very quick and easy test to do. Helped us start to rule out what our dog could and could not eat.
