I agree with everyone here. The have the nerve to charge people an extra late charge if you don’t pay the full payment. What a croc. I cursed out the guy, all he said was ok. Despite the pandemic they will not help. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with the Active 2 watch, ear buds and wireless charger. I sold them all. I will never support Samsung again. My washer and dryer is Samsung, I’m selling them to. Stay FAR AWAY from this company.

This is absolutely the worst company I dealt with in my entire life. It is nearly impossible to talk to someone. I spent like half an hour on the phone trying to figure out how to talk to a person to no avail. All their options are press 1 or 2 and then press 1 or 2 ....no option to talk to a person. I entered my correct username and my correct password and I get the message that they couldn't recognize my entries. I tried to recover the information to no avail. I entered my birthdate and my SSN (both are impossible to forget and must be right) and I got the same message. After that, there are no more options. No phone number, no chat, no person to talk...just pure torture. I will never ever deal with this company again.

Paid off a payment Suddenly I owe $84 Called to ask why because online statements just show how much you owe but not why it was charged Every time I call they answer and hang up or if I do manage to stay on the line with them they have no idea what they're doing Tried asking for a statement and it was as if they had no idea what I was talking about this is ridiculous

If I could give this website a 0!!! I would, I have never experience such a hard time trying to recover my password through any website. Definitely not financing anything from TD bank or Samsung again. very disappointed.

Esta pagina no se merece ni tan solo una estrella,que horror de compañía , llevo casi 3 m3ses queriendo comunicar con ellos por la linea de telefono y jamas responden,tengo mi cuenta bloqueada y ni tan siquiera he podido restablecerla,tengo 4 numeros al que he llamado y nada,estoy mas de 1h tratando de comunicar,y es imposible tener respuestas.

This company sucks ass i will never do business with Samsung again as long as TD BANK is their financiers. No customer support. No one answers the phone hold time is 1 hour plus and still no response. The robot messages and dead end numbers seem like a scam. Excessive late fees and shady interest rate options are the worst. They actually design this so that you are forced to pay interest on your bill so the money you pay does not go towards your account with lowest differed rate so you will end up paying interest. I Will contact the relevant agency that oversight these shady practices and have them look into it

Worst 3rd party ever!! Do not request loan from them!!! TOOK FOREVER to answer the call. Been on hold for 85-130 minutes and I hung up 5 days in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!!
