I agree with every one star comment. This feels very close to a scam. I've been charged a $25 late fee and have no way to dispute it. No matter what customer # I tried to reach, I could not get a person. Also the online net they advise you to write to does not work. It is impossible to get into. There should be a class action suit for sure.

Every company that I deal with can help you with setting up everything online, this company can't help you get nothing set up. So if your someone like me that doesn't have a home computer or doing stuff online you're going to be screwed up like me an have to go pay someone with a computer an get them to help you instead of the company helping you. Go to another company if it's available, wish I would have known that at first I would have gone with one of the other finance companies

If I could indicate negative stars I would put this at -10. Bought appliances in December, will not take posession until August (needed dimensions of products for design). Started billing in January but I receive no online or paperless notification that I was to make payments (again do not have posession of appliances). On May 14 receive a statement saying past due, multiple months of fees when I did not even know I was supposed to be paying. Went through old emails, junk mails nothing. Screwed up my FICO and I'm a little (to be nice) peeved.

I bought a phone using Samsung finances. I didn't receive the information (account, statements) to make payments Now I owe 143 USD more for the late payment fees. I requested to Tdrcs to remove those late payment fees but the representative refused and didn't offer an alternative. TDRCS (TD retail card services) says Samsung must have provided me with enough information to create my online account and make the payments. I told them that Samsung sells products they, Samsung Financing, are responsible for payment info, including the information to do it. Now, Why Samsung finances have 3 different domains? Why do these sites are not consistent? tdrcs.com myonlineaccount.net onlineaccessplus.com All of the above are the domains that belongs to the company that Samsung subcontracted. Really bad experience.

Have been trying to log in for 3 days. The one time access code is not sent quickly enough to use for access. Comes hours later

All of the comments that mention this company is borderline scammer is very accurate true. if you are thinking about opening an account with them, DONT. RUN AWAY. my credit score went down 53 pts because their system will set you up for failure. there wont be any phone call, email, text that tells you the auto-payment IS NOT WORKING EVEN THOUGH IN THE PAYMENT PORTAL IT SAYS ENABLED AND ACTIVE. THERE NEED TO BE CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!

Try to finance elsewhere. I have been a long time TD Banking customer and absolutely love them. The Finance wing on the other had are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are borderline a scam from what I've seen so far! No statements, multiple late fees without ANY communication on my bill. Initial agent told me multiple times Point Blank that paper ststaements have been sent for months and I should contact USPS to report this, her manager said none were sent and they should have been emails! What a Joke. Luckily I thought about this payment missing from my budget and after calling 6, yes SIX times to get to speak to someone, I was able to pay my bill and bring it up to date. I'm hoping this does not affect my Credit Rating and if it does I'll be reporting to the CFBP and closing my account IMMEDIATELY. Avoid if you can at all. 0% APR is not worth the hassle or $??? in bogus account Fees.
