the worst thing samsung did was tying up with TD.. cant change password user name or pay bill.... very very bad samsung

A terrible, terrible website. I have been trying to call for DAYS just to get the username to my account which I forgot. There should be an option for it on the website. I was supposed to be "next in line" on the phone several times and I end up hanging up because I wait over 1 hour. I can't believe that Samsung uses a terrible financing compay like this.

I love Samsung as a company & trusted brand . But TD bank running there financial service is the worst mistake they ever made . Very bad customer service. Can never seem to speak to a representative. & not to mention the website myonlineaccount.net sucks . This will be my last time ever financing somthing from Samsung. It shouldn't have to be complicated to pay your bill or finance a item .
