I swear by this device (and recommend it often) to help me survive and function during my period. Between cramps and RA I would previously find myself almost unable to function at all during that week but now I can put this on and go about my normal life with little issues. It's not perfect but it does allow me to continue to work and be a functioning adult so I don't have to withdraw for several days every month. I would be totally lost without this device.

I have pcos and my menstrual cramps getting extremely bad. Like can't get out of bed bad. The livia helps me soo much. It actually calms down the cramps so much that I can go about my day. Game changer for sure.
