Even though I have to wait a month to use it, I'll feel like it'll work wonders. Does work really well and is nice and compact. However, can't give 5 stars because of two things. 1 - The clip isn't the best and it doesn't always stay on. A different kind of clip would be a good change. 2 - the space between the two gel pads. I have endo pain that is on one side of my body, unfortunately often it's in my back and my hip. The pads don't reach both areas very well.

Livia works so well, gets rid of cramps completely after just half an hour. Only two complaints, 1. Design of case is flawed, to fit the cords and pads in it has started to tear the protective cord (revealing electrical cords -these zap) 2. If you’re wearing it too long, over an hour or two, the pads start to pinch at your skin. Otherwise, has been a really great investment.

Please note, that in our user guide to avoid skin irritation, we recommend slightly changing the location of the flower pads every two hours. This should prevent the "pinching" you describe. -jja
