I finally got to try out my Livia…
I finally got to try out my Livia device this week. I have very painful cramps and usually take ibuprofen to knock out the pain but was hoping I could stop by using this device. While I think it helped take some of the edge off of my pain, it did not block it altogether and I still had to take pain meds. I think this device would work great for someone with mildly smoothing pain but if you have severe cramps like me, it won’t block it completely.

My cramps are still very painful
My cramps are still very painful. The Livia somewhat dulls the pain but doesn't "shut off"

Work, but battery drains too quickly
The pain does gets better, BUT only for a short time. The battery drains very quickly, you can use the device and charge it at the same time, charging takes a long time, the cable of the electrode gel pads is too short in my opinion and both of my devices had a loose cable / bad contact after a few month...

Have you, as recommend, charged the battery for a full 12 hours before the first use of the Livia? Do not trust on their FREE SHIPPING promise.
The product works really great! My huge disappointment ir related to an email marketing offering a FREE SHIPPING and I ended up paying it, $24, which costed more than the product I bought. The costumer service did not take care about it. I really like the product itself, but their costumer service and respect to a customer is a piece of garbage.
