This may or may not be a great product - we'll never know because we ordered it for our daughter, but wait, it has a lower age limit. So it's no use for your teenage daughter. What's more, it comes all the way from the USA, so if you want to return it you need to post it all the way back which costs a lot of money. At the time of writing we have yet to receive our refund.

Product is great. However, customer service is not. My order only included 1 of 2 items I ordered, and no one will ship the other item I PAID FOR - just excuse after excuse.

I returned my product and I have still not received my refund please can you explain when I will be getting this ?

My livia has helped immensely with my endometriosis pain. I would give it 5 stars, but the sticky parts sometimes don’t last a long time-I wear mine whenever I feel pain (which is often more than once a month) and I also work outside which is a factor- sweat makes it not stick as well. But overall I’m super happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone with bad menstrual cramps or endometriosis

The extra customs charges were annoying, yes I’m sure this was noted somewhere but I didn’t expect them to be that much, especially with how pricey the device was. On the customs form it was marked as “cosmetics/ makeup” I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it. The 3-4 day shipping also took 2.5 weeks. It would have been better not to provide the 3-4 day time estimate because otherwise I wouldn’t have been expecting that. Other than that— the device itself looks great! I tried it out last night, my cramps have just started, and it seems to work well so far!

Don’t buy this product off the website buy it off amazon in your country or else they’ll charge you outrageous fees without telling you beforehand. You’d assume that everything’s included in the 200 something dollars you spend but it’s not. Also I tried contacting support on Facebook and they basically said I couldn’t cancel the order since it was already shipped which was a lie because it shipped the next day. Also the shipping took forever 2-3 weeks at least even though when I ordered it the site said it would take 3 days and I was very confused because I lived in Canada.

Great, could even use during yoga.

I still have not received my Livia which leads me to believe that you stole my money. Where is my order?
