I currently suffer with a not-yet-diagnosed menstrual disorder (might be endometriosis, might not). The pain I get throughout the month varies in intensity and duration and does not respond at all to NSAIDs. I find Livia works best when my pain is around a 4 or 5/10- it drowns it out and is enough of a distraction to allow me to be functional and carry out my usual activities. Unfortunately, anything above a 6/10 is too intense and this device doesn’t do much but add another sensation. Still very nice to have on the moderate days though :)

Be very careful purchasing this product. I purchased it from Livia's website and it didn't work at all for me. I returned it well within the 90 day return period and they never gave me my money back. This all happened in March 2019. I sent them multiple emails and phone calls over a 3 month period and they eventually just stopped responding. The way they get you is by saying it takes 30 days for them to process the refund so that you can't get it taken off your credit card. I am incredibly upset that a company would go so low as to steal from women who are in pain by offering them false guarantees. This company claims to help and empower women but actually are just taking advantage of them by charging a ridiculous price and lying about allowing a refund. I have found many other women who have had this same problem. This company had 17 complaints with the Better Business Bureau last time I checked and will not post reviews lower than 4 stars on their website. If you look carefully though, you can find women who got through by posting 5 stars and a nice title, but will tell you the same thing I did in the context. I'm disappointed that such a deceitful company can still exist in this day and age and there is nothing I can do to get my money back. I ask you to not support a company like this and do your own research and you will find many women like me who got cheated by this company. As a college student, $150 was not a small amount and I took a chance on finding some relief from my pain and just ended up with financial pain too. I dearly hope this company gets what they deserve after robbing many women of what seems to be thousands of dollars. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

I love the Livia! I have endometriosis and it’s the only thing the helps. The only thing I have to complain about is that the wire near the pad started breaking in mine and would shock me a little unless I taped it.

Very good product and excellent customer service! Unfortunately I had a few problems getting the Livia and after that some of the other products delivered. I live in Germany and at first my Livia was forgotten in some warehouse and was only sent out after i spoke to customer support. When it finally arrived i had to pay a ton of taxes in retrospect. The same happened when I ordered some skins and electrodes for my Livia. But this time my order couldn’t even get delivered to my house but was held at a tax facility. So i had to drive an hour to the facility and pay a ton of taxes again. All in all the product and the people are amazing but receiving the product itself isn’t the most comfortable experience when you live in Germany.

My wife has been using this for a little over a year now and it has changed her periods, no drugs, and fast relief when and where needed.. She would and has recommended this to others. Well worth the money.

Livia is an outstanding product. When I put this product on my cramps are instantly gone and I don’t have to take as much ibuprofen or even use my heating pad! I would recommend this product to anyone who experiences extreme menstrual cramps.
