Didn't work, Created more pain, and nausea

I made my order a week ago and still no delivery information. I’ve been trying to reach you guys several times through the mail and contact us page at livia, but I’m still not getting any answers. I want even my order to be delivered or if not a refund for what I haven’t received will be also nice. I prefer getting the order as I bought it as a Christmas present, but if not I could also use the refund for at least getting something else for my girlfriend.

Really has made a difference for me coping with pain levels - not a magic bullet that makes it all go away however a very key part to letting me get on with my life.

After my previous review, Livia's representatives contacted me but gave nothing than empty promises to process the refund. I still didn't get my money back. Such a pity. I wish I had never heard about Livia and never bought it.

Livia has helped so much! My cramps are sometimes so bad, it's hard for me to do much (other than curl up in bed). Livia helps lessen them/make them bearable, so I can at least get on with day to day life. So glad I discovered this little (yet powerful) device!

Wearing it right now because the cramps are hitting me and I'm just want to stop everything and retreat into a ball. The Livia helps me not hate everything and everyone.

I loved my livia when I first got it. I have endometriosis and wearing my livia tens unit helped tremendously. However, it broke after 2 months. I was sent a brand new unit, which I’m very grateful for, however this one broke now too. In total, I’ve spent over $400 on the livia, replacement gel pads, replacement flower pads (because these also break very easily) and other accessories, and I still don’t have a working unit. I purchased a different tens unit off amazon for $21 and it works much better. Im disappointed because I really loved my livia, I love how small and easily hidden it can be; but for the price, it’s not worth it.

Every Woman should have this, it’s the best thing in the world.
