My refund was supposed to be processed over a year ago and I still haven’t received my money. This was after I contacted them on social media and emails and was promised that I would get my refund soon. They have also stopped replying to my emails and my messages on social. IT’S A SCAM

My girlfriend has a very severe case of endometriosis. So to help her I decided to try the Livia device. I have to admit I was skeptical that the device would really help much. But when she used it it really did help from the very first time. I am so happy I purchased it for her because of the relief it gives her. I do recommend it for those with endometriosis.

I never received my product

I have tried to contact them on many occasions through email and on their social media accounts for a refund because I did not receive my Livia. It has been 4 months and I have still not received a refund or a response from them

I was skeptical at first, but decided to buy anyways. When I tried it out for my immense back pains I never wanted to take it off! It was a miracle. Now I can be a childcare teacher and not lose my marbles while on my period. It is truly amazing.

Honestly such an awful company. Their service is shocking. I ordered on the 10th jan, they do make you aware on the website that delivery can take up to or sometimes over a month however by 27th january with no updates I decided to cancel. I let them know this via Facebook messenger as they seemed quite active to other users comments ,sent on 27th jan I still have not recieved a response to this day. On the same day I emailed them from my hotmail account and recieved no response even still. After a while of no response, on the 6th feb I tweeted them informing them of my frustration and my desire to cancel. They did not respond in any timely manner while still responding to other people on twitter and facebook. It's worth noting that once your order has gone from awaiting fulfillment to despatched status if you cancel they will still keep the price you paid for the order as you will still recieve the product. However, clever me cancelled while it remains in awaiting fulfillment which I am entitled to a refund as advised on their website because I am not going to be in receipt of the product. However, the communication has remained via twitter and they have been very few and far between responses. Eventually saying they had cancelled my order and I would get a refund in up to 30 days. That was on February 13th I believe. Today, I discovered I have been charged for the subscription they had apparently cancelled. So obviously annoyed, I vented on twitter again. To then be responded with I will have to send back the product before any refund or cancellation takes place. It proves that no effort to look over the situation because I then sent a screenshot of my account showing that it is still in awaiting fulfillment status meaning nothing has been sent out. This company is honestly such a shod of a company. They cannot coordinate anything effectively within their own set up, unless it involves taking your money. Save yourself the hassle, honestly just dont sign up to them.

Livia works great! Just put the flower pads on, start and the pain is gone. All that remains is a feeling of tingling vibration which I like very much. I don't even need half of the intensity that livia is able to create. The only thing that I coult criticize is, that it took 2 months for my order to reach me.

I purchased this product and returned it within a month of owning it. It just did not work for me. Now, after 7 months of waiting, they still have not provided me a refund and do not respond to my emails. DO NOT BUY! MyLivia contacted me one month ago about my refund because of this review. But they never followed up! Don’t buy this product at any cost. Update: after almost a year, I reached out to mylivia again and requested to speak to a manager. Finally, an employee by the name Adi has given me my refund.
