I have endometriosis and this device works amazing for my pains. The device took over a month to reach me but completely worth it.

Never got a refund back as they mentioned I would. Have emails going back to July 2019 promising a refund but nothing -- now I don't even get a response. And of course they never posted my review on their website. What fraudsters! I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission. For any other cases out there (and I have read quite a few), I suggest you do the same.

Livia has helped so much!! Love using it!!

Just got my Livia and so far so good! Has really helped me during those first few days of hell. Can't wait to keep trying it.

Didn't work for me and didn't get my refund back.

I backed Livia in the Kickstarter campaign and it did take a really long time to come, but it has been a game changer since I got it. I have had severe enough cramps all my lifethat painkillers alone wouldn't get rid of them and I'd have to take days off work. Livia (with or without painkillers) just makes them disappear. And it's so small that, with the beautiful black 3D skin, it is totally hidden in my clothes. When my flower pads recently got worn out, I ordered new ones (which took a long time to come too) and it went back to working perfectly.

This Malaysian loves her Livia! I was taking a risk ordering it a few months ago incase it doesnt work as well as what I read online but honestly I love that little contraption. I no longer have to stock up on heating pads every month!

My order took a while to get to me, but I'm thankful to their customer service (thank you, Polina) who tirelessly gave me updates and assured me that my order will get to me in time. I used my Livia for the first time a couple of weeks back, and it sure did relieve me of my menstrual pains which I dread every month. I hope this product lasts me long to make the investment worthwhile!
